How has Maestro helped Fuller Construction?

Fuller Construction previously relied on an outdated DOS-based accounting system that was managed by a single individual, creating a significant business continuity risk. By implementing maestro*ERP, the company modernized its financial operations and gained a supported system with stronger job-costing and reporting capabilities.
Customized reports helped preserve familiar formats while providing more detailed financial analysis. The accounting team adopted the new system quickly, and its robust reporting capabilities helped build confidence among company leadership. maestro*ERP also enabled Fuller Construction to reduce its reliance on a single person and establish financial knowledge that could be shared across team members and generations.

“From a purely financial point of view Maestro is far superior to our previous software. The ability to capture costs and perform numerous different reports to analyze our job costs has proven to be very useful.”
