ERP Implementation Specialist (Varennes, QC)

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Professional Services team leader, the incumbent is responsible for version changes by actively participating in the whole process of updating the maestro* software.

Specific Responsibilities:

When changing versions at a customer’s:
•    Model and document processes currently in place while giving recommendations to optimize the customer’s business processes;
•    Prepare, document, and provide training to customers on how to use maestro*;
•    Assist the Maestro customer when updating the software;
•    Carry out migrations of high-quality to receive positive references from the customer;
•    Make recommendations and accompany the customer through integrated tests, which are necessary during a version change;
•    Deliver internal and external training;
•    Collaborate with the software support team;
•    Collaborate with management in particular various projects;
Aside from being responsible for version changes, the incumbent also has the following responsibilities:
•    Internal maestro* tool: Supervise and actively participate in the evolution of the maestro*ERP tool to maximize and improve the internal processes;
•    Maestro* forms: Familiarize themselves with the forms and their specific functions to help and assist the customers and the delivery service;
•    Professional development: Participate in the development, maintenance and delivery of a training program that can be internal (employees) as well as external (customers) and that can also serve as a professional development tool in maestro*.

Requirements:

•    Relevant college degree or any relevant work experience;
•    At least 3 years of work experience in financial management or accounting;
•    Proven capacity to work with external customers to understand and gather their needs;
•    Excellent communication skills, in both French and English (spoken and written);
•    Demonstrate meticulousness and excellent interpersonal skills;
•    Demonstrate organization skills and efficiency to do follow-ups;
•    Available to work flexible hours;
•    A good knowledge of the software industry and its processes would be an asset;
•    Knowledge of ERP-type products would be an asset;
•    Be customer-oriented.
