‘’ERP’’ Implementation Specialist – Toronto (Toronto, ON)

Job Description:

Under the responsibility of the Professional Services Team Leader, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation and training of our market leading construction management software and to providing an exceptional experience to each of our customers through continuous and collaborative involvement.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete projects from beginning to end of the implementation lifecycle to a successful conclusion, and follow up with each customer, as necessary to ensure that maestro*ERP products are running seamlessly to reflect the needs of their business and those of their customers.
  • Participate in Kick-Off and Introduction conference calls/meetings to impart an understanding of how maestro’s solution will be implemented;
  • Educate customers regarding maestro’s products as it pertains to the implementation cycle;
  • Follow installation standards, project plans, and related documentation to ensure a high level of success during the implementation process;
  • Explain project goals to help client create an obtainable deadlines and timelines for implementation;
  • Track project milestones and communicate effectively to the relevant stakeholders;
  • Assist client through the implementation period and provide training to the relevant stakeholders;
  • Responsible for problem solving/issue resolution on reported problems/incidents and questions related to software implementations;
  • Direct and perform follow up as necessary to ensure implementations fulfill all of the deliverables to the customer proposed in the Statement of Work;
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout implementation and during post-mortem analysis.


  • Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in financial management/accounting;
  • Experience in training in various forms, including live Web training, specific and individual training and formal classroom training;
  • Proven ability to work with external customers to gather and understand their needs;
  • High interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Detailed oriented, superior organizational and monitoring skills;
  • Ability to travel frequently in Western Canada (approximately once per month);
  • Available to work on flexible hours;
  • Understanding of the software industry and its processes (an asset);
  • Knowledge of ERP products / Construction Industry (an asset);
  • Customer Service oriented.
